In the embroidery sessions, participants were guided through both foundational and more advanced embroidery techniques, working on display hoops to create decorative textile art. Each participant began by selecting a pattern that suited their skill level and personal style. From there, I introduced a range of stitches—from basic ones like the backstitch and satin stitch to more intricate techniques such as French knots, split stitches, and layering methods—to help them gradually build complexity in their work. The focus was on developing precision, texture, and creativity, encouraging participants to enhance their chosen designs with depth and detail. By the end of the sessions, each participant had created a beautifully finished embroidery piece, ready to be displayed and taken home.
